In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery after shipment:

• United States: approximately 3–7 business days.

• International: approximately 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

WHOLESALE & SPECIAL-PREPARATION ORDERS

Some wholesale, large-volume, special-preparation, or made-to-order purchases require additional processing before shipment.

Depending on the product, quantity, technique, length, color, and availability, these orders may require up to 3 weeks for preparation and processing before shipment.

If additional preparation time applies to your order, our team may communicate the estimated timeframe during the ordering process.

Shipping transit time begins after the order has been completed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays.

TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
