SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 3–7 business days after processing.
• International orders: 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. La Mora Human Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and then contact our customer service team for assistance.
